Bank of Greece HQ

Athens, Greece
Partial façade lighting 2020 – Completed

Illumination of the main propylon at Panepistimiou str. and the gallery at Stadiou str. Custom luminaire design. The Headquarters of the Bank of Greece is a grade A listed building and is located at one of the busiest streets in the central business district of Athens. The scheme comprises two different parts of the façades that include the two main public entrances.

In collaboration with KFlight

The primary entrance to the main bank hall, the Propylon, consists of white marble and limestone. The secondary entrance, located in the middle of a gallery for pedestrians, is part of one of the building’s extensions. All luminaires are custom designed with minimum impact to the building fabric, robust enough to withstand the strains of public exposure whilst integrate to the building’s architecture.
